40 Days to Go!

Campaign season is heating up, and the West Hartford Democrats are working hard to keep voters informed, engaged, and motivated to help wherever and whenever possible.

VOTER REGISTRATION: It’s a safe bet that if you’re reading this, you’re already registered to vote. But how about your friends, family and neighbors? Let them know that the deadline to register in Connecticut is October 27. Click here to register online.

VIRTUAL HQ: Although the West Hartford Democrats won’t have a physical headquarters this year, we have set up a virtual campaign HQ at https://whdemocrats.org/hq/.

ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS: If you don’t receive yours this week, and you’re still hoping to vote by mail, download an application in English or Spanish here, print it out, and either mail it back to West Hartford Town Clerk, 50 South Main Street, West Hartford, CT 06107, OR place it one of the secure drop boxes outside the entrance to Town Hall.

DEBATE SCHEDULE: Three debates between the presidential candidates are scheduled to take place on September 29, October 15 and October 22. One debate between the vice presidential candidates is scheduled to take place on October 7. These will be shown live on every major network and cable news channel, including ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and C-SPAN. You will also be able to stream the debate live on YouTube.

As always, please follow the West Hartford Democrats on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
