Joe Biden Takes Center Stage in Convention Finale

Last night, Kamala Harris made history with her formal nomination as the first Black woman and person of Asian descent on a major party’s national ticket. Barack Obama delivered an eloquent thrashing of Donald Trump that will haunt the latter for years to come. And Hillary Clinton warned that we cannot allow history to repeat itself by not voting.

Tonight, the 2020 Democratic National Convention will conclude with Former Vice President Joe Biden officially accepting his party’s nomination for president. Speakers will also include New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, California Governor Gavin Newsom, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Former South Bend, IN Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin, Illinois Senator Tammy Duckworth, Senator Chris Coons of Delaware, and entrepreneur Andrew Yang.

As on previous days, the fourth night of the convention is scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM and last two hours. It will stream live on the DNC’s website and across all their social media channels. Most networks will carry the final hour beginning at 10:00 PM.
